Utilizing telehealth technology, you will conduct video sessions with clients and have access to a user-friendly platform designed to streamline your counseling practice. Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include: Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring ethical and empathetic communication. Employing evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Developing individualized, actionable treatment plans that address clients' mental health challenges and goals. Assisting clients in gaining insight into their emotions, experiences, and interpersonal relationships. Tracking and assessing patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and guiding clients in developing healthy coping strategies. Patient Population / Client Focus You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health concerns. Qualifications To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). No limitations or disciplinary actions on licensing. Exemplary interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic disposition. Proficient in using technology and digital tools for telehealth. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, candidates with experience in teletherapy and those who have worked with diverse client populations will be given preference. Strong background in solution-focused methodologies and experience in working within a telehealth setting will greatly enhance your candidacy.
