Construction Manager - Electric Utilities

We have a current need for a seasonal Construction Manager based in the Hays, KS area. Responsibilities: Oversee and monitor construction activities Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables Coordinate with contractors, utilities, and internal stakeholders Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Provide technical guidance and leadership Support project documentation and reporting Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Effective communication, organization, and documentation Knowledge/experience of electric transmission and distribution, and or substations. Ability to read and redline drawing packages including civil, structural, process, and electrical Proficient in the following: MS Office (Outlook, excel, word, etc).
