Regional Church Consultant Manager (Multi-State Sales Leadership)

5-State Territory | Travel Required

What You’ll Do (Leadership Responsibilities)

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of Church Consultants (outside sales reps)
• Manage and grow production across a 5-state territory
• Coach team members in cold calling, appointment setting, and closing
• Ride along in the field to provide hands-on sales training and accountability
• Monitor performance metrics (appointments, DCI, sits, sales) and drive results
• Ensure territories are properly staffed and producing
• Work closely with leadership to execute growth strategies
• Build a culture of accountability, consistency, and success

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in sales management, regional management, or territory leadership
• Strong background in B2B or outside sales
• Experience recruiting, training, and coaching sales teams
• Ability to hold people accountable while developing their skills
• Highly organized with strong planning and execution ability
• Comfortable with travel throughout a multi-state region
• Understanding of church environments or faith-based organizations is a plus
• Self-starter with leadership presence and strong communication skills
