What You’ll Do Hearing Aid Services Perform hearing screenings in accordance with licensure Conduct thorough hearing aid evaluations and recommend individualized solutions Fit, program, and fine‑tune hearing aids for optimal comfort and performance Provide counseling, education, and follow‑up care to support successful outcomes Perform cleanings, troubleshooting, and minor in‑office repairs Assist patients with accessories, earmolds, and hearing protection options Patient Care & Clinic Collaboration Develop and maintain trusted, long‑term patient relationships Deliver compassionate, supportive, and educational care experiences Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical workflows Contribute to a collaborative, team‑oriented clinic culture A Supportive, Team‑Based Environment A close‑knit, community‑focused clinic environment Experienced support staff to help you focus on patient care A patient‑first philosophy built on education, not pressure Access to Beltone’s advanced technology, training, and innovation, while maintaining a personalized, local approach What We’re Looking For Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist / Hearing Aid Dispenser Strong interpersonal and counseling skills Professional, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Detail‑oriented with a true patient‑first mindset Passion for improving lives through better hearing Benefits 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Employer‑paid life insurance Optional life and AD&D coverage Critical illness and hospital indemnity insurance Short‑ and long‑term disability Paid time off Employee discounts If you’re looking for a rewarding career where your expertise is valued and your relationships make a difference, we’d love to connect with you. Work Location In‑person – Moses Lake 3‑4 days per week & Ellensburg 1‑2 days per week.
