Our solutions improve the techniques and outcomes of surgery so patients can resume their lives as quickly as possible.Position Summary:The Associate Assembler will be responsible for putting together components and parts according to specifications, ensuring products meet quality standards and production goals.Essential Functions:Assemble parts and componentsFollow work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and assembly drawingsInspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracyIdentify and report defective materials or assembly issuesMaintain a clean and organized work areaMeet daily production targets and timelinesFollow all safety policies and proceduresPerform basic equipment maintenance as requiredWork collaboratively with team members and supervisorsAdhere to Quality Policy and Procedures, OSHA guidelines, and workplace safety regulationsAdheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policiesEnsures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your roleRepresents the company in a professional manner and upholds the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third partiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functionsQualifications:Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredProficient with MS Office software, document management software and ability to navigating the InternetPhysical Demands:Required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawlRequired to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.May be required to operate a powered industrial truck, and perform role related tasks while elevated 25 feet or higher.Required to possess specific visons abilities, including: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and capacity to adjust focusOur Values:Passionate About Innovation: Improving patient care by delivering advanced technology to our customers is at the core of what we do.
