Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care in the emergency department, ensuring prompt and effective response to critical patient needs during night shifts. Apply clinical expertise to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize care based on severity.
• Administer emergency treatments, medications, and interventions as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust care accordingly.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards in emergency care.

Qualifications:

• Possess a registered nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of emergency department experience.
• Hold current ACLS and PALS certification.
• Exhibit strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Have the ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced settings.
