Our team is growing, and we're looking for leaders who value teamwork, positivity, and great service.What You'll DoLead and motivate a team of Customer Service Attendants during your shiftEnsure excellent customer service and a safe, efficient operationHandle customer questions, feedback, and service recovery when neededMonitor daily operations, equipment, and cleanliness of the sitePromote memberships and services to meet sales goalsWork outdoors in all weather (on your feet, moving around)What We're Looking ForPrevious leadership or supervisory experience (retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred)Customer service and/or sales experienceStrong communication and problem-solving skillsTeam-first mindset with the ability to lead by exampleReliable transportationComfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbsComfortable working outside for prolonged periods of timeWeekend and holiday availabilityCar wash experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right person!Pay & PerksBase Pay: $17.00-19.00Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with company matchPaid holidays (including 3 "flex" days)PTO and growth opportunities nationwideIf you're upbeat, dependable, and ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to meet you.
