Operating under the supervision of the local General Maintenance Manager, you’ll adhere to established maintenance schedules and guidelines, conducting inspections, cleaning, and repairing facilities, equipment, or fixtures. Position Requirements 18 years or older High School Diploma or equivalent Can lift up to 50 lbs. at a time Can move up and down ladders frequently Comfortable working at heights frequently Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time Able to work in various temperatures. The hourly wage range for this position is $26.00 - $51.00* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Vocational or technical certification and 2 years’ experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area. Option 2: 4 years’ experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area. Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report. Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five (5) years. Commercial driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years. No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years. No serious traffic violations, as defined by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
