Front Desk & Team Coordinator

Inner Reliance Massage & Wellness | Baxter, MN
Starting Pay: $17–$20/hour, based on experience and leadership ability

Inner Reliance Massage & Wellness is looking for a dependable, organized, tech-comfortable Front Desk & Team Coordinator to help run the day-to-day operations of our growing wellness center.

This is more than a traditional front desk position.

We need someone who can provide an excellent client experience while also helping lead our team, organize projects, solve problems, and keep the business moving forward.

We're especially looking for someone with strong computer skills, good business sense, and initiative . You don't need to be a business expert, but you should understand priorities, recognize opportunities, think through problems, and be comfortable figuring things out without needing step-by-step direction.

For the right candidate who can step into this leadership role, we are willing to offer starting pay up to $20/hour.

What You'll Do

• Greet clients and create a welcoming, professional experience
• Answer phones and respond to emails
• Schedule, reschedule, check in, and check out clients
• Help clients understand our services and membership options
• Use our scheduling and business software confidently
• Handle basic computer-based administrative tasks
• Help organize and manage team projects
• Schedule, prepare for, and help lead team meetings
• Follow up with team members on projects and responsibilities
• Help keep staff organized and communication flowing
• Identify problems and work toward solutions instead of simply passing them along
• Look for ways to improve efficiency, organization, client experience, and business operations
• Keep the front desk, common areas, and massage rooms organized
• Keep up with laundry and other daily wellness-center responsibilities
• Communicate regularly with the owner about priorities, team needs, and opportunities

The Person We're Looking For

Experience in office management, administration, hospitality, customer service, spa/wellness, team leadership, or small-business operations is a plus.

Inner Reliance Massage & Wellness is a locally owned wellness center in Baxter focused on helping our clients feel and function their best through therapeutic massage and wellness services.

We're continuing to grow and need someone who wants to become an important part of that growth.

We're not looking for someone who simply wants to sit at a front desk and wait for the next client to walk in. We're looking for someone who enjoys having responsibility, solving problems, organizing people and projects, and helping a small business operate better.

Compensation

$17–$20/hour depending on experience, availability, computer skills, and leadership ability.

For a candidate who demonstrates strong initiative and can truly help coordinate our team and keep projects moving, we are willing to start at $20/hour .
