VP of Legal & Compliance - Fintech Payments Leader

Payarc LLC is seeking a Vice President of Legal to serve as the company’s senior legal authority and trusted advisor to leadership. This role oversees all legal, regulatory compliance, and risk management across the organization and reports to the CEO.
The VP will lead efforts related to PCI DSS compliance, SOC 2 Type II readiness, high-risk merchant program governance, and regulatory oversight in fintech and payment processing. In-house experience and strong contract discipline are essential.
