What Youll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with automation, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems using relevant principles.
• Install, configure, and calibrate automation systems, including PLCs, sensors, and actuators.
• Conduct inspections and tests on machinery to identify potential problems proactively.
• Collaborate with production personnel and other maintenance team members to address issues.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including lockout/tagout and arc flash safety.
• Document maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

What Were Looking For

• Proficiency with automation systems, electrical components, mechanical equipment, and hydraulic systems.
• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and welding.
• Knowledge of and adherence to lockout/tagout and arc flash safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and operations manuals.
• Experience with preventative maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is preferred.
• Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics is preferred.
