About Us CJ Physical Therapy & Pilates is a 100% cash-based outpatient clinic in downtown Portsmouth, NH. For 10 years, we’ve helped adults 40+ stay active, mobile, and out of the surgery, injection, and medication cycle. And our clients are a big part of what makes working here different. Our clientele is mostly in their 40s and up. They’re active. Intelligent. Curious. They ask great questions and have a vested interest in having agency over their health, movement, and longevity. They don’t just want their pain to go away. They want to understand what’s happening, get stronger, stay active, and keep doing the things that matter to them for decades to come. Honestly - our clients are the best. Our clinical model is built on three specialties: Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT / McKenzie Method) Pilates-based rehab using the tower, chair, and reformer Regenerative therapies including Shockwave (EPAT/ESWT) and EMTT You don’t need experience in all three to apply. We provide structured training and mentorship in every specialty. What you do need is the standards and curiosity to actually master them. And we’re not planning to stay the same size. We’re celebrating our 10th year - and we’re entering our biggest growth phase yet. Our goal is to 10x the business over the next three years. We don’t have every piece of that mapped out yet. That’s the point. We’re building the next version of CJPT now - expanding our team, developing new leaders, growing our services, and ultimately bringing this model of care to far more people.
