This facility operates as a Level 1 Trauma Center providing comprehensive inpatient trauma surgery services across inpatient, OR, and ER settings. The hospital maintains established clinical protocols and dedicated staffing to support high-acuity trauma care. Locum tenens coverage is utilized to supplement the existing team and ensure continuity of trauma surgery services.

The clinician will manage trauma surgery cases on-site, working alongside a support team that includes 6 APPs and 6 MAs. Board certification is negotiable for this assignment, and prescriptive authority is required. Coverage is needed as soon as possible on an ongoing basis, with shifts scheduled on Tuesdays and weekends.
