About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Sales to spearhead the growth of its enterprise sales organization. Key responsibilities for the VP of Sales include leading and developing the sales team, owning the enterprise sales number, and driving the execution of the sales strategy. The role demands a leader with a strong background in enterprise sales fundamentals, the ability to shape go-to-market strategy, and a hands-on approach to leadership. The candidate should be adept at using data and sales analytics to improve performance and have a deep understanding of the market, customers, and competitive landscape. Experience in healthcare technology sales, particularly with complex platform solutions, and a familiarity with AI in sales processes are preferred.
