About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales to spearhead the North American commercial organization. The successful candidate will be a high-performing sales leader with a passion for building organizations, developing people, and driving sustainable growth. This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style, capable of leading both direct and channel sales, and strengthening commercial processes and execution. The VP of Sales will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and executing revenue growth strategies, and building strong relationships with key customers and partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical B2B manufacturing or similar environments, experience in consultative, relationship-based sales, and a Bachelor's degree. The role is particularly suited for a Director or Senior Director ready to take on their first Vice President position and make a significant impact within a growing organization. The VP of Sales will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, driving accountability through performance metrics and fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture. Experience in interconnect/connectivity, industrial automation, engineered components, or other highly technical B2B manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
