What You'll Do

As a member of our machining team, you'll manufacture high-quality precision components used in technical training systems shipped to customers throughout North America and around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machining equipment to produce precision components
• Perform milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, and other bench operations
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
• Inspect products and monitor quality throughout the manufacturing process
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform routine machine maintenance and equipment care
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards

What We're Looking For

We're seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing exceptional results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum two years of machining experience
• Experience with milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, and bench operations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced machine setup and troubleshooting experience
• Experience working in a precision manufacturing environment
