Supply Chain Analyst Expeditor

Eaton's Electrical division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst Expeditor. This role will be based out of our Duncan, SC. location.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $65,250 - $95,700 a year.

What you'll do:

The primary function includes but is not limited to:

To monitor material needs/ shortages for all Mod Center orders and communicate the necessary information to the supplying plants according to priority levels. This position would need direct access to Direct Source, Taian, Hanina, and Juarez plants/ contacts as they are top suppliers for Mod Center material. This position would also need to work closely with Central Planning and Supply Chain group. This position would require training and capability in Power BI, Vista, MAPICs, and Bidman, as well as excellent communication skills in order to drive productivity and profitability that benefits our customers and plants.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Lead and coordinate regular communication between Mod Center and supplying plants in terms of material needs/ shortages
• Coordinate with plants for establishment of short and long term supply/production plans, by balancing demand requirements versus supply capabilities
• Understand and support the requirements of various customer channels (e.g. retail, OEM, distributor, international, inter-unit, etc).
• Standardize and publish daily status reports tracking key metrics that drive the business
• Communicate with distribution centers on a regular basis to provide shipment coordination, advanced knowledge of significant upcoming activity, changes in numbers of SKU's, project management, etc
• Coordinate and direct data gathering, analysis, and output through proper channels
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve customer service, inventory and operational performance to divisional and plant leadership
• Support other Supply Chain materials functions and W34 functions as identified

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum one (1) year experience in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel
• Minimum two (2) years customer service experience or one year in warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future
• Relocation is not offered for this position. Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the Duncan, SC area to be considered for this opportunity. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain preferred
• One (1) year in warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Proficiency in VISTA order management, MAPICs, and use of BI querying tools (Power BI)
