Job Description
We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for handling bookkeeping and payroll preparation for multiple clients. Experience in small business accounting is required.
Responsibilities:
Prepare payroll from info provided from clients
Make payroll tax payments for clients as needed
Perform data entry into accounting software from client records
Prepare and record general ledger entries
Prepare and analyze accounting reports
Review others' entries into accounting software for accuracy
Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
Report analysis and findings to management team
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills
Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
Being detail-oriented is a MUST
Quickbooks experience is a must
Experience with UltraTax is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Great attitude and eagerness to learn!!
