Survey Crew Position

Setting up Stakeouts for the Survey Crew

Creating Stakeout Topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys from field notes

Proficient in AutoCAD by Autodesk and 3D, 2015 or greater

Writing of metes and bounds descriptions

Property and deed research

Preparation of cut sheets

Setting up field crew with all information of the proposed site

Essential Skills

Minimum of 7 years of experience in the survey industry

Strong expertise in AutoCAD by Autodesk and Civil 3D, version 2015 or later

Hands-on experience with construction stakeout for survey projects

Ability to create boundary and ALTA survey drawings from field notes

Proficiency in writing metes and bounds descriptions

Ability to perform property and deed research to support survey work

Competence in preparing cut sheets and related construction documentation

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Princeton, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.26 - $57.69/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
