Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Concierge who will be the first impression and first contact at our community. The role involves providing extraordinary service, fostering meaningful relationships with residents, families, and visitors, and ensuring a high level of pride in our community. Responsibilities The concierge is the face of the community, handling guest services, coordinating resident activities, addressing inquiries, and supporting staff. The position requires excellent organization, patience, and a commitment to exceptional service.
