Cole Academy ABA Therapy is looking for a full-time BCBA to join our San Marcos team. We are a family-owned, clinician-led organization that has been serving children and families since 2001. This position offers the opportunity to grow your earnings as you grow within the role, along with hybrid flexibility after ramp-up, strong clinical support and collaboration with other pediatric therapy disciplines.

A few things you'll probably want to know first:

• Two starting base salary tracks $80,000 or $85,000
• Opportunity to increase annual earnings up to $95,000 based on billable level
• Up to an additional $10,000 in bonus potential
• Total earning potential up to $105,000
• Hybrid flexibility after ramp-up and clinical readiness and is based on patient needs, center coverage and performance expectations.

Our compensation structure is designed to allow clinicians to grow into higher earning levels as their billable hours increase rather than expecting everyone to immediately perform at the same level. BCBAs may start at a base of $80,000 or $85,000 depending on experience and role alignment, with the opportunity to increase annual earnings up to $95,000 through higher billable levels. There is also up to $10,000 in additional bonus potential.
