Assembler Position Team, I am opening an Assembler search and would welcome your assistance identifying qualified candidates. Please ensure candidates are fully interviewed and vetted before submission. I am looking for recruiters to have a meaningful conversation with the candidate and confirm they meet the core requirements listed below. Must-Have Qualifications High school diploma or GED Minimum of one year of assembly experience in a manufacturing, electronics, aerospace, avionics, or related technical environment Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Experience working with hand tools and small components Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, schematics, or technical documentation Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-oriented work Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork skills Highly Preferred Electronics assembly experience Avionics, aerospace, military electronics, instrumentation, or electromechanical assembly experience Soldering and de-soldering experience Experience using electronic testing equipment Ability to read electrical schematics Electronics education, technical school, military electronics training, or related background Location Requirements Must be willing to relocate to Wichita, Kansas if not local This is a 100% onsite position No remote or hybrid options available Before Submitting, Please Confirm Relocation commitment to Wichita Compensation expectations Current employment status Reason for considering a move Interview availability Experience with assembly and hand tools Experience reading drawings, schematics, or technical instructions Experience with soldering, electronics, or testing equipment Ability to perform detailed repetitive work and handle small components Good Backgrounds to Target Electronics Assemblers Avionics Technicians Aircraft Electronics Technicians Instrument Technicians Manufacturing Assemblers with electronics experience Military electronics technicians Bench technicians PCB assemblers Electro-mechanical assemblers Repair technicians
