Field Service Technician | Direct Hire | $25-44/hr. based on skills and experience | Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm | Menomonie to Hudson, WI work area

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25–$44/hr.
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm

Why you should apply to be Field Service Technician:
•    Outstanding fit if you have a background in agricultural or heavy equipment repair, or at least 2 years of experience repairing powered industrial equipment, including forklift trucks and other related products (gas, diesel, and electric trucks).
•    Demonstrate strong customer orientation and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
•    Possess strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
•    Are proficient with basic computer applications and laptop use.
•    Own the tools necessary for repair work (per recommended tool list).
•    Hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
•    Are able and willing to become certified to operate material handling equipment (training provided).
•    Are physically able to meet the demands of the role, including frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs., occasionally up to 75 lbs., rarely up to 100 lbs.), standing, kneeling, walking, twisting, and using hands and fingers for repairs.

What’s a typical day as Field Service Technician? You’ll be:
•    Opportunity to work remotely, taking on service calls within a 60–120-minute commute from home via company vehicle. Home every night.
•    Completing assigned service and mechanical repairs to equipment efficiently and effectively.
•    Communicating with the Road Lead Technician for support or technical assistance as needed.
•    Attending service training classes to stay updated on new and existing products.
•    Completing and submitting all required paperwork daily, including maintenance reports with customer signatures.
•    Coordinating with dispatchers and the service office regarding job status and availability.
•    Identifying complex repairs that should be performed in-shop and recommending accordingly.
•    Building strong relationships with territory sales representatives to share sales opportunities.
•    Adhering to all safety rules and company policies at all times.
