Role & Responsibilities In this role, you will support the Project Manager by handling key administrative and technical tasks, including SAP task-based routing, purchase requests, purchase orders, and providing general support to different projects and programs. Perform a wide range of analyst assignments and resolve recurring problems independently without close supervision Parse data and present in a meaningful format Analyze project financials and budgets Anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs and use initiative appropriately Utilize SAP to: Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders Troubleshoots and resolves errors or issues with attention to detail Processes receipts, accruals, and invoices as part of the purchasing process Qualifications / Requirements To succeed in this role, you bring: Two-Year Degree in Business related field 1 year of experience in construction and project management Excel, Microsoft and PowerPoint Expertise. (Microsoft Excel utilization of pivot tables, v look up, algorithms, and excel other functions). SAP experience preferred Salary Range for Role $58,000 - $63,000 Compensation at PTAG varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
