· Maintain and motivate staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

· Merchandise product by creating impactful, value driven presentations to drive units and sales at a high velocity.

· Ensure the Appliance store visual standards are met at all times to ensure proper mix of product.

· Ensure price point drivers are in place to drive unit sales.

· Identify stores’ needs by using and analyzing vendor sales reports and/or altering sales floor layouts.

· Plan, prepare and execute annual sale for successful

· Develop personal growth opportunities for employees (career pathing)

· Accomplish staff results by clearly communicating job expectations

· Conduct wellness and quality control checks

· Plan, monitor and appraise job results

· Develop, coach, coordinate, discipline and enforce systems, policies, procedures and productivity standards

· Communicate values, strategies and objectives

· Provide educational opportunities to staff

· Build company image by collaborating with customers, employees and enforcing ethical business practices

· Establish strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service and operational information; identify and evaluate trends, choosing a course of action, defining objectives and evaluating outcomes.

· Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions

· Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state of the art practices and participating in professional associations.
