Program Assistant – Job Summary Expected hourly pay rate: $20.00 Under supervision, the Program Assistant provides administrative support within an organizational structure, primarily focusing on assisting the Child Care Financial Assistance (CCFA) Division. This position ensures efficient handling of administrative tasks, compliance with program regulations, and effective communication. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clerical and General Assistance – 55% Customer Service – 45% Provide administrative support services to CCFA teams in compliance with regulations for subsidized child‑care programs. Job Specifications Minimum Required Education / Experience: High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of related work experience, or Associate’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Child Development, Social Work, Family Studies, or a related field. Technical Requirements: Proficiency with Windows‑based programs and data entry. Travel: Some travel/business related driving required. Staff may choose any mode of transportation and must become an approved driver with CCRC if driving on behalf of CCRC. Work Schedule: Hybrid. Full‑time schedule required; overtime may be necessary. Late shift schedule until 7pm one Monday a month required. Background check required. Preferred Qualifications All minimum requirements met plus a Bachelor’s degree. Bilingual ability in English & Spanish or Armenian. Benefits Competitive compensation package.
