About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead its technology strategy in the healthcare sector. The CTO will be responsible for defining and executing a technology strategy that is in line with business and regulatory requirements, with a focus on driving innovation and ensuring that technology initiatives support clinical, operational, and business goals. This pivotal role involves overseeing all technology functions, from EHR and HIE to telemedicine, cybersecurity, and IT operations, and requires a strong partnership with executive leadership and clinical teams to enhance patient care, improve efficiency, and support sustainable growth. Candidates for the CTO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, with an advanced degree or healthcare IT certifications being preferred. Senior technology leadership experience in the healthcare industry is essential, as is a strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, interoperability standards, and healthcare systems. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving innovation in areas such as EHR, digital health, data analytics, or telehealth, and must possess excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with healthcare data privacy and security regulations, managing the technology budget, and leading high-performing technology teams.
