• 8+ years of experience in managing QA deliverable and ensure alignment to delivery and execution plan across functional, regression, system integration testing and End to end testing team implemented in Agile and water fall models.
• Responsible for test management, defect management and test completion of the project. Ensure that QA deliverables are complete per the project milestone.
• Performing the requirement analysis, provide estimations for the release, involved in understanding the Business technical specifications documents, Prepare the Test strategy, Test plan for the project, get the strategy & plan reviewed and gain approval from IT and Business.
• Designed test cases according to the client requirements, execute them in QC execution tool. Log/Validate the defects in the Application Life cycle management tool
• Provide test execution plan to the project team prior to start of the test execution. Ensure test execution progresses (Onsite/Offshore) as per the test execution plan
• Collaborate closely with business users, business analysts, IT teams, stakeholders, and external partners to gather and analyze integration requirements, ensuring technical designs seamlessly align with business objectives.
• Well versed with log monitoring, identifying, reporting and troubleshooting issues.
• Extensive problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Experience in leading teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Experience in Investment Management domain knowledge
