Blue Stone Therapy is excited to expand outpatient therapy services at Charter House - Mayo Clinic Retirement Living in Rochester, MN , and we're looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team!

This position will be primarily based at Charter House - Mayo Clinic Retirement Living in Rochester, with shared coverage at our therapy programs in Spring Valley and Grand Meadow . This provides an opportunity to work across multiple settings and patient populations while being part of a collaborative regional therapy team.

What You’ll Do

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate and treat patients experiencing speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders across our Rochester, Spring Valley, and Grand Meadow locations. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare providers to develop individualized treatment plans that improve communication, function, safety, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
• Developing individualized treatment plans and goals
• Providing evidence-based treatment for speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Educating patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs
• Collaborating with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation
• Contributing to a positive patient experience and strong clinical culture

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
