TX license sponsorship available for the right candidates. Open Positions We're Hiring Now All positions are based in the Cypress / Katy area. Patrol vehicle provided for mobile roles. Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record Texas Security Officer License (or willingness to obtain — we sponsor) 21 years of age or older Ability to pass background check and drug screen Full-time, on-site officer assigned to a specific property — residential community, commercial building, or industrial facility. You become the face of security at your location, building relationships with residents, tenants, and staff while maintaining a safe environment. Texas Security Officer License required (we sponsor if needed) Valid Texas driver's license 21 years of age or older Prior security or law enforcement experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to pass background check and drug screen Lead a team of security officers across multiple properties. You'll coordinate shift coverage, handle incident escalations, coach officers, and be the direct point of contact between field staff and ownership. Ideal for officers ready to step into a leadership role. Texas Security Officer License (required) 2+ years of security experience Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Valid Texas driver's license with clean record Ability to pass background check and drug screen We're a locally owned team — not a faceless corporation.
