Our entry-level Plumbing Installation Assistants earn experience-based pay of $18.00 - $20.00/hour while enjoying paid hands-on training and valuable 1:1 mentorship to learn the tips and tricks of the trade. Over time, you'll be able to grow into an apprentice, a full-fledged installer, or even a lead technician!

As for our benefits package , we offer a bonus structure, PTO, a mentor/apprentice program, uniforms, a company-provided phone, a boot allowance, a work vehicle, a gas card, and company parties!

THE PLUMBING INSTALLATION ASSISTANT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Do you meet these qualifications?

• Current, valid driver's license
• Ability to follow directions and learn from constructive feedback
• Ability to complete physically demanding work
• Ability to serve a 50-mile radius from Salt Lake City
• Strong drive to do your best and develop your career in the plumbing industry
• Positive, professional, and respectful attitude

Plumbing experience is highly valued, but we're open to entry-level candidates with an excellent work ethic and a hunger to make a real impact!

Can you handle these responsibilities?

• Helping unload equipment from the vehicle, organizing materials, and staging tools for installations
• Following the lead installer's instructions and thoroughly completing all assigned tasks according to safety policies, quality standards, and company expectations
• Assisting with efficient, precise demolition, measuring, fitting, cutting, and installing tasks
• Professionally speaking to customers and providing great service
• Taking project photos, monitoring materials, loading equipment into the vehicle, and cleaning the work area post-installation

The standard schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
