Our factory is also proud to do our part to care for the environment, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity and maintaining zero waste for disposal.As a Forklift Operator, you will perform a variety of tasks within our warehouse including loading trucks, unloading trucks, case picking product, and staging finished product being released from our packing area. Stacking unit loads by UPC throughout the warehouse. Understand and operate all computer-based warehouse transactions correctly. Troubleshoot load integrity and handling issues. Repair damaged unit loads and follow the warehouse sanitation policy. Load or unloading trailers and railcars while being aware of weight, size, UPC, location, and trailer type. Replenish storage locations with unit loads from floor storage and pre-plan case pick to optimize product location, weight, and quantity. Case pick product according to customer specifications, layering guidelines, product location, and product quantity. Hand wrap, label, and pre-stage orders. Operate warehouse sweeper and warehouse scrubber. All other duties as assigned.Requirements:High School Diploma or GED equivalent.6+ months experience operating a forklift or heavy machinery in a manufacturing, distribution, logistics, military, or related environment.Must be open to all shifts.Pay: $28.99 per hour Bonus Eligibility: YesThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
