Key Responsibilities Assist the Spa Director in overseeing daily spa operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management. Support the development and implementation of spa programs, promotions, and events to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Train, mentor, and motivate spa staff to deliver outstanding customer service. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting related to spa operations. Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in spa management or a related hospitality role preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and customer service best practices. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with scheduling and point-of-sale software. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Certification or training in spa management or related fields is a plus.
