General Manager

General Manager The General Manager will have overall responsibility for managing both the revenue and cost elements of a business" income statement, known as profit & loss responsibility. They will manage assigned business including strategic business planning, annual operating plan, sales and marketing functions, as well as the day-to-day operations of the business including manufacturing and distribution. Responsibilities: * Lead business operations, including planning, staffing, budgeting, decision-making, and financial performance to achieve business objectives and profitability goals * Develop and execute operating, pricing, and growth strategies by analyzing market conditions, costs, customers, competitors, and business opportunities * Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Distribution, and other teams to drive production, product launches, continuous improvement, and strategic initiatives * Lead and develop management teams through clear communication, mentoring, performance management, succession planning, and employee development while ensuring compliance and managing business risk Required Skills & Experience: * Undergraduate or graduate degree is required * 12 years of experience in manufacturing, with 4 years of people management experience * Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, and have flexibility * Strong understanding of financials, marketing, sales, distribution processes and strong communication skills Preferred Skills & Experience: * Food and Beverage experience is preferred ZRSJ Disclaimer: By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
