Position Description The Plant Human Resources Manageris responsible forproviding strategic and hands-on HR support to the Plant Manager, salaried staff, and hourly workforce at theFranklin, WIfacility. This role will leada dedicated HR team within the plant to manage daily HR operations, drive talent initiatives, ensure compliance, and foster a positive and productive work environment. The Plant HR Manager will also play a key role in developing local talent pipelines by building relationships withlocal educational institutions.This role will report directly to the Human Resources Director - US and dotted line report intothe Plant Manager. Key Responsibilities HR Leadership & Plant Support: Serve as the primary HR advisor to the Plant Manager and leadership team, providing guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Lead and develop the plant HRteam to ensure effective HR service delivery to all employees. EnsureHR policies, procedures, and best practices are consistently applied across the facility. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Oversee staffing strategies to meet plant production needs, ensuring a steady pipeline of skilled hourlyand salaried employees. Build partnerships with local schools, technical colleges, and workforce development programs to create a robust talent pipeline. Develop and implement an apprenticeship program to attract and train future talent for key roles.
