Job Summary Architect adaptive learning experiences, mentor Guides, and monitor milestone attainment for PreK students. Key Responsibilities Conduct one‑on‑one and small‑group coaching for PreK Guides, demonstrating techniques and measuring progress. Architect and lead play‑based learning experiences integrating social‑emotional learning, literacy, numeracy, and motor development. Evaluate and align Guide documentation weekly for rubric consistency, facilitating calibration meetings. Develop family communications and lead team alignment meetings to synchronize priorities. Oversee campus‑wide PreK readiness results through Guide development, program consistency, and evidence‑informed classrooms. What You Won’t Be Doing Executing prescriptive lesson plans or procedure‑focused protocols. Implementing predetermined curriculum cascaded from leadership. Working without structured feedback mechanisms. Overseeing K‑12 learners using application‑based platforms. Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field; master’s degree or specialized credentials preferred. Minimum 5 years’ experience in early childhood education or related area. Experience facilitating learning for children ages 3‑5. Documented success designing play‑based educational frameworks that promote developmental milestone achievement. At least 1 year of mentoring or supervising a team of educators with measurable performance expectations. Experience drafting written family communications and leading team coordination meetings. Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Commitment to work on‑site at the Alpha Austin campus; relocation assistance offered as needed. Nice‑to‑have Requirements Knowledge of educational technology platforms, adaptive monitoring dashboards, or digital observation systems. Background in behavior support approaches and co‑regulation methods for children aged 3‑5. Employment Details This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) independent contractor position with Crossover.
