Responsibilities

Identify the unique insurance needs of prospective clients through active listening and thoughtful inquiry.

Present tailored policy options that provide genuine security and value to each individual.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files to ensure excellent long-term support.

Collaborate with our internal office staff to finalize applications and provide a seamless onboarding experience.

Participate in local community outreach efforts to share our mission and presence in the Warr Acres area.

Follow up with existing clients to offer guidance and ensure their coverage remains appropriate for their changing life stages.

Requirements

Minimum of three years experience in direct sales or client relationship management.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong comfort level with basic office software and digital record-keeping.

Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and simply.

Prior experience in the insurance sector.
