Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing routine clerical support to the Dental office or clinic within the Health Department for the Seminole Tribe of Florida. The individual provides excellent customer service to Tribal Members who request Dental Services. Duties include greeting patients as they enter office/clinic and providing necessary paperwork; answering telephones, providing accurate information to callers; scheduling and confirming appointments, and ensuring prescriptions are filled and dispensed prior to the procedure. The incumbent composes and types a variety of standard documents and correspondence and completes forms.
