Requirements Saint Joseph is looking for a Hospitalist OB provider for sporadic coverage and at least one weekend per month starting as soon as credentialed! Schedule: 24-hour coverage.NICU Level: Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit one of the few L3 in Northern Indiana60–90-day credentialing timeframe will offer temps.Provider will be staying in hospital hotel room and can cover up to 2-4 days at a time.Additional information found in attached practice description. Trinity Health does not reimburse for any credentialing costs or application fees.*
