Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
Client requires availability for either Sun–Thu or Tue–Sat shift patterns.
Ability to provide therapy for post-acute and long-term care populations, including experience with transfers, mobility training, and restorative programs preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with electronic medical records documentation in post-acute care settings.
Previous travel therapy experience preferred.

Assignment Details

Shift pattern: Sun–Thu or Tue–Sat.
Float requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
