salary: $23 - $26 per hour

Responsibilities

Order Entry & Integration

• Enter customer orders (Gas Feed & other lines) accurately in SAP within target timelines.

• Verify POs against quotes, pricing, and terms; clarify discrepancies with sales before entry.

• Manage order lifecycles: update dates, shipping specs, Incoterms, changes, and billing blocks.

• Validate Salesforce-to-SAP order integration post-Oct 1, 2026 go-live; fix authorized fields, route source errors, and log recurring issues.

Delivery & Customer Service

• Issue order acknowledgments, tracking info, and proofs of delivery.

• Track open orders proactively, aligning with logistics, warehouse, and production to prevent delays.

• Resolve customer status inquiries and process returns, credits, and debits per guidelines.

Data & Admin

• Manually build and clean up SAP customer contact records; flag duplicates.

• Generate ad-hoc reports (order status, backlog, delivery performance).

• Maintain team trackers and archive files per compliance standards.
