We're looking for a dynamic individual bilingual in Spanish and English to join our team as a Appointment Scheduler and Front Desk Coordinator.

If you thrive in a FUN yet fast-paced Dental environment and enjoy ensuring smooth operations, this role is perfect for you!

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish and English (High level)
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced but FUN environment.
Team player mindset with a willingness to collaborate. (We welcome and appreciate creativity.)
High desire for improvement

You must really care for the patients well being and be that encouraging cheerleader cheering them on to complete their dental treatment with high enthusiasm and helpfulness.

Sales experience is a PLUS
Telemarketing experience is a PLUS
Social media knowledge is a PLUS
