Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales

Customer Service Representative
Pay: $15 $17 per hour, higher based on experience

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service support to the assigned client base.
- Enter orders via telephone and online.
- Respond to and rectify client and/or business issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service and/or order entry
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with MS Office
- AS400 a plus!
Work Location: 1630 North Ocean Avenue, Holtsville, NY 11742
This is a full-time position. Hours are 9:30 AM-6:00 PM which includes Sunday and an occasional holiday.
