True Heating & Cooling is seeking a full-time HVAC Field Operations Director to lead and oversee our field operations in Westminster, CO. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who excels in managing field teams, operational performance, and daily execution. You will monitor performance, resolve field challenges, and drive improvements in productivity and execution, playing a key role in aligning field operations with company goals.WHEN WILL YOU WORK?This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR HVAC FIELD OPERATIONS DIRECTOR?7+ years of HVAC management experienceExperience managing operations for a $5M+ HVAC businessAt least five years of HVAC field experience is preferred.WHO ARE WE?Established in 2015, we revolutionized heating and cooling services in Denver Metro.
