Position Overview The HVAC Project Manager is responsible for overseeing HVAC installation and retrofit projects from kickoff through completion. This role requires someone who can manage timelines, coordinate field teams, communicate effectively with customers and vendors, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably. Benefits Performance-based bonus opportunities Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Company-provided laptop/tablet 7 days Paid Time Off (PTO) 7 paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Why Join Hartzell Small company where your work directly impacts company success Opportunity to help shape processes and operations as the company grows Collaborative and supportive team environment Leadership team focused on quality, integrity, and long-term growth Ability to work independently while still having strong team support Key Responsibilities Manage HVAC installation and retrofit projects from start to finish Coordinate schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials to keep projects on track Communicate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle Monitor project budgets, labor hours, and timelines Conduct site visits to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance Resolve project issues quickly and professionally Review project documentation, change orders, and job progress updates Support field teams by helping remove roadblocks and improve efficiency Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project process What We're Looking For 5+ years of HVAC project management experience Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices and project coordination Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Experience reading plans, specifications, and project documentation Leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining positive working relationships Comfortable working in both office and field environments Valid driver's license and clean driving record #J-18808-Ljbffr
