As a Business Development Assistant, you will work closely with the business development team to help identify opportunities, support client communication, coordinate business activities, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing partners. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, people-oriented, and interested in developing valuable skills in business development, communication, sales support, and relationship management. Responsibilities Support the business development team with daily activities and growth initiatives.

Assist with identifying and researching potential business opportunities.

Communicate professionally with prospective clients, partners, and business contacts.

Help maintain and organize client and prospect information.

Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and business development activities.

Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and other business materials.

Assist with tracking leads, opportunities, and ongoing conversations.

Support the development and maintenance of strong client relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and follow-through.

Help identify opportunities to improve business development processes and overall efficiency.

Additional Information

Competitive salary of $50,000 – $56,000 per year
