Job Description

As a Business Development Assistant, you will support the business development team with daily operations, client communication, research, lead management, and the coordination of new business opportunities.

You will work closely with internal team members to help maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, organize business development activities, and ensure opportunities are properly tracked and followed through.

Responsibilities

• Assist with identifying and researching potential business opportunities.
• Support outreach and communication with prospective clients and business partners.
• Maintain organized records of leads, prospects, and business development activities.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, presentations, and internal communications.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, reports, presentations, and supporting materials.
• Track leads and opportunities throughout the business development process.
• Help maintain positive and professional relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct market and competitor research when needed.
• Collaborate with different departments to support company growth initiatives.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the business development team.
