Job Description

The Business Development Assistant will work closely with the business development team to support client acquisition, relationship management, market outreach, and daily growth initiatives.

This position is ideal for someone who is confident, organized, goal-oriented, and enjoys communicating with people in a fast-paced professional environment. You will have the opportunity to develop valuable business, communication, sales, and leadership skills while gaining hands-on exposure to business development operations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily business development and client acquisition activities
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Assist with identifying new business and partnership opportunities
• Communicate professionally with clients and prospective customers
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and business development activities
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities
• Assist the team with presentations, proposals, and business-related materials
• Collaborate with internal teams to support company growth objectives
• Help track business development goals, progress, and performance
• Represent Catch Vibe Voice with professionalism and confidence
