Business Development Representative

We’re hiring a BDR to own our B2B sales pipeline. What you’ll do: Own all incoming leads (web forms, phone, Instagram B2B/partnership inquiries) and keep Zoho CRM fully up to date Qualify leads and always know the next step for every active deal Run follow-ups, manage the pipeline, and act as first point of contact for B2B inquiries and onboarding Build and enrich prospect lists (salons, spas, etc.) Run multi-channel outreach (phone, email, social) and track open/reply/conversion rates Offers & Proposals Build tailored package offers based on our pricing framework — sized to each salon’s needs, equipment, and volume Documentation Maintain our sales toolkit — proposal templates, price lists, FAQs, onboarding docs Keep client records, correspondence, and offer history organized and traceable in Zoho CRM AI-Enabled Workflow Use AI tools daily for research, list-building, drafting outreach and proposals, and meeting notes What we’re looking for: Strong CRM discipline and pipeline ownership Comfortable both managing inbound leads and actively hunting new B2B business Fluent with modern sales/AI tools Strong critical thinking skills Creative, outside-the-box thinker who finds new angles for outreach, offers, and sales opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr MaRe Head Spa System
