About the Role The team is seeking a high-velocity, commercially sharp Founding BDR to build our 0-to-1 outbound engine. Working alongside founders you will drive initial pipeline for our AI-native security platform - engaging CISOs and enterprise security leaders to replace legacy tool sprawl with autonomous agentic security. What You'll Do Build 0-to-1 Outbound Playbooks: Design, test, and iterate on outbound messaging, sequences, and account targeting strategies to establish our core GTM motion. Target & Qualify Enterprise Accounts: Map enterprise security organizations, identify key decision-makers (CISOs, VP Security, SecOps leads), and generate qualified opportunities. Execute High-Signal Outreach: Run highly personalized, multichannel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, direct outreach) that speak credibly to complex technical security pain points. Partner with Engineering & Founders: Work directly with our technical team and founders on deal strategy, market feedback, and refining our value proposition. GTM Infrastructure: Establish CRM hygiene, outreach workflows, and metrics tracking that will form the foundation for our future sales team. What They're Looking For Top-Tier Pedigree: 1-3 years of experience in enterprise tech sales, BDR roles, or high-growth startups, or a background at a Big 4 / top-tier consulting firm looking to jump into early-stage venture. Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly understand enterprise security workflows, agentic AI technology, and speak credibly to deeply technical buyers. Founder Mindset & Autonomy: Extreme bias for action; comfortable operating in ambiguity and acting as the primary outbound engine from day one. Exceptional Written Communication: Polished, concise, and persuasive copywriter who can cut through the noise in crowded enterprise inboxes.
